Boston O&P is pleased to announce that we have signed a definitive agreement with Arthur Guilford III & Son, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio to acquire certain assets of the company. The deal is expected to close in June.
Skip Guilford built the practice after his great grandfather started it almost exclusively focused on pediatric patients. Skip and his staff will be joining Boston O&P and opening a new clinic in Westlake, just outside of Cleveland, to support Cleveland Clinic’s pediatric therapy services there and around the city, as well as University Hospital's rehab services. Additional clinics are planned.
