As President and CEO of Boston Orthotics & Prosthetics, Tom works with his team to develop the company’s vision and execute strategies to bring that vision to reality.

Jamie, as VP, Director of Sales, is responsible for maintaining and developing current and potential customers custom orthotic and prosthetic needs.
Jacquelyn Dempsey, CPO

As Chief Operations Officer, Jackie Dempsey, CPO, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations in all of our clinics as well as executing training and education for our Boston O&P employees. Before becoming COO, Jackie was Clinic Lead and Certified Prosthetist Orthotist in our Waltham, MA clinic and later became Regional Manager of the New England Clinics.
James "Rusty" Miller, CPO
Vice President, Clinical Director of New England Area Clinics
An ABC-certified prosthetist and orthotist, Rusty is the Clinic Director for our clinics at Children’s Hospital of Boston and the Longwood Medical Area, focusing on providing orthotic services to both adult and pediatric patients.
Catherine Mize, CPO
Vice President, Director of New Business Development
Catherine joined Boston Orthotics & Prosthetics with a passion to expand the Boston O&P's “best-in-class pediatric patient care” treatment models into receptive markets across the US. We can create beneficial partnerships with existing providers or establish clinics for direct patient care with highly skilled practitioners that focus and strive to provide superior patient care.
Stephen Reardon
Chief Financial Officer
Stephen is responsible for Boston Orthotics & Prosthetics Accounting and Finance, Information Technology and Human Resource operations.

Jim conducts national and international training seminars on the theory and practice of the Boston Brace System as well as other innovative products developed by Boston Orthotics & Prosthetics for the conservative management of spinal pathologies.
