Due to the recommendations from the CDC, the White House and other sources, in order to keep our patients and employees safe, Boston Orthotics & Prosthetics has made the difficult decision to cancel general appointments and remain open only for emergency cases.
Effective at close of business today, Tuesday, March 17, all Boston O&P clinics will only be open to handle emergency work, defined as work our referral sources and customers tell us is necessary.
Any non-urgent or general appointments from March 17 to March 27 will be automatically cancelled—there is no need to call us to cancel an existing non-urgent appointment during this time period. Please be assured that we will be available to fulfill any emergency orders or deal with urgent patient issues.
We will be continually monitoring the situation and will provide updated announcements when necessary.
