Philosophy: I believe that nothing is more important than the time I spend with a patient. Communication for me is paramount - from taking the time to hear a patient's background, to explaining the function of an orthosis in a way that kids can understand, I strive every day to make sure that my patients know that I listen to them and always do my work with their best interests in mind.

Bio: My grandfather lost his leg when I was 3 years old to cancer. I spent many visits with him at prosthetic and physical therapy appointments watching along as he learned to walk again. What always stood out to me was how happy he was to take back that piece of independence. The opportunity to play an integral and hands-on role in a patient's rehab journey is what drove me to pursue a career in this field. Starting this process right from the beginning with pediatrics, makes it even more special.
