Boston Orthotics & Prosthetics Announces a New Residency Program

Boston Orthotics & Prosthetics has launched an expansion of their residency program offering the opportunity for new residents to do their residency, learn the company's culture and then to help open new pediatric-focused clinics in areas where they would like to live.

The residency program is open to professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit who share the company’s dedication to offering high quality, continuously improving O&P care to children. It requires at least a three-year commitment before assuming the leadership role in a new clinic—two years for residency plus one or more years practicing within the Boston O&P clinic system.

To be considered, candidates should visit the Residency Program page on the Boston O&P website to provide their contact information, the geographical areas where they would like to work, and information about that location to help support the case for opening a clinic in that market post-residency.

Once a new clinic is established, this role will involve educating peers and referral sources in all Boston O&P’s treatment programs, teaching and supervising new clinicians, actively building the practice, and seeking out and developing referral relationships.
