Boston Orthotics & Prosthetics is pleased to announce that Nick Ricardi, CO, has been promoted to New England Area Practice Manager.
Nick started with Boston O&P as a resident in 2010. He has worked in several New England clinics and in recent years has been the Clinic Director for our Weymouth, Massachusetts clinic.
As a clinician, Nick brings a high level of positive energy and expertise to his work, but he is equally passionate about teaching and team building. He has mentored many residents with humor and a genuine desire to see them grow professionally and helped with many of our coding resources as a member of the coding team. More recently, he has taken on the role of Lower Limb Mentor for the new LL program.
Tom Morrissey, Boston O&P President and CEO, said, “Nick is the kind of success story we love to develop at Boston O&P. He started as a resident, became a very competent and respected clinician, and learned and truly embraced our culture as he developed into a trusted leader in our Weymouth clinic. We are thrilled Nick will now be in a role that will enable him to share his knowledge and enthusiasm for developing highly effective teams throughout all of our New England clinics.”
Nick is excited to support the company and fellow employee owners in this new leadership role. Congratulations to Nick on his new position!
