Bio: I began working with Boston O&P in 1986 as a technician and was motivated to become a Certified Orthotist after seeing how the work bettered patient's lives. Being a technician for Boston O&P gave me the advantage of being a well-rounded practitioner in the field of orthotics by understanding how to create a brace that is custom-made to the precise needs of a patient. Now, as a Certified Orthotist I am inspired by working with patients daily and helping them improve their quality of life. The first time that I treated a child that couldn't walk on his own, and was able to help him achieve his first steps, I knew that I chose the right profession. Additionally, I have played soccer most of my life and find that helping fellow athletes return to their sport is rewarding to me.
